These Terms of Service govern your use of Muzzl and the services available at muzzl.ai. By using Muzzl, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Muzzl is an AI-powered stage analysis tool for IPSC and practical shooting competitors. It analyzes stage photographs, video walkthroughs, and shooter narration to generate action scripts, engagement orders, reload plans, and movement strategies.
Important: Muzzl generates AI-assisted action plans. These are decision-support tools — not professional firearms instruction. Always apply your own judgement, follow all range rules, and comply with IPSC regulations. Muzzl is not a substitute for qualified coaching or safety training.
Muzzl is currently in early access. The service is provided as-is during this period. Features may change, plans may be inaccurate, and the service may be interrupted. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we build.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any photos, videos, and voice recordings you upload. By uploading content, you grant Muzzl a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of generating your action plan. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

The action scripts, engagement orders, and plans generated by Muzzl are produced by an AI system and may contain errors, omissions, or recommendations that are inappropriate for your specific situation. You use this output entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Muzzl is not liable for any outcome — including missed targets, penalties, disqualification, injury, or property damage — that results from following or attempting to follow a generated plan.
We aim to keep Muzzl available at all times but do not guarantee uptime, particularly during the early access period. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service at any time without notice.
The Muzzl name, logo, product design, and all original content on muzzl.ai are the property of Muzzl Solutions LTD. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muzzl and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Muzzl after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
